You choose the ritual, duration, therapist and arrival hour when you book. Your therapist arrives with a portable spa bed, fresh linens, towels, bolsters and warmed oils, sets up in the room you choose in about ten minutes, and packs everything away afterwards.
- What do I need to provide?
A quiet room with space for a bed roughly 190 by 70 centimetres, and still water. Everything else arrives with your therapist.
- Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We serve homes, hotels and offices across Dubai, including Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Dubai Hills, DIFC and Jumeirah Village Circle. Raha operates in Dubai only.
- Are the therapists female?
Yes. Every Raha therapist is female and trained in Bali. You can choose a specific therapist when you book, or let the concierge assign the best match for your ritual and time.
- Is travel charged separately?
No. The price you see for each ritual includes travel across our Dubai service areas.
- When and how do I pay?
Pay securely online when you reserve — paying in full at booking saves you 5% — or settle with your therapist after the ritual. Nothing is negotiated at the door.
- Can I book for the same day?
Often, yes, subject to therapist availability and travel time. The booking flow only shows hours we can genuinely hold for you.
