These terms govern your use of the Raha Rituals website and the booking of our in-home spa treatments across Dubai and the UAE. By browsing the site, creating an account, or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

Section 01

About Raha Rituals

Raha Rituals is a home spa service operating in Dubai and the wider UAE. Our Bali-trained, all-female therapists travel to your home, hotel, or residence with a portable treatment bed, oils, and fresh linens. We welcome both men and women, and we deliver only professional wellness treatments.

  • "Raha", "we", "us" and "our" mean Raha Rituals; "you", "your" and "guest" mean the person booking or receiving a treatment.
  • These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Health & Safety Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Coverage page.
  • Formal notices may be sent to hello@raharituals.com.

Section 02

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your access credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.

  • Guests under 18 may only receive an eligible treatment when it is booked by a parent or legal guardian who remains present throughout.
  • Do not create an account using false details, impersonate another person, or share your access with someone else.
  • Tell us immediately if you believe your account or verification code has been used without your permission.

Section 03

Use of the Website

You may use our website and guest portal for browsing treatments, making and managing bookings, and contacting us. We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change treatments, pricing, availability, or features at any time, and occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems.
  • Do not submit false bookings, misuse verification codes, or use the service for anything unlawful.
  • Treatment descriptions, durations, and images are provided as a guide; the therapist adapts each ritual to your comfort and safety.

Section 04

Bookings & Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only when we issue a confirmation with a booking reference, by WhatsApp, email, or in your account. Until then, a requested slot is not reserved. Treatment times are Dubai time, and each appointment reserves your therapist's time as well as travel and preparation around it.

  • You must provide accurate contact details and complete address information — building or villa name, apartment or room number, floor, parking, and any security or access instructions.
  • We may verify your WhatsApp number before confirming certain bookings, and we may limit the number of unpaid open bookings held against a single number.
  • We may decline or cancel a booking where availability, coverage, safety, verification, or payment issues arise.

Section 05

Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule a confirmed booking a limited number of times, and only up to the notice period shown in your booking. Cancellations, late cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  • We may occasionally need to change the assigned therapist; the treatment you booked remains the same.
  • If we cannot deliver your booking, we will offer a reschedule or a refund of amounts paid for that booking.

Section 06

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You may pay securely online at the time of booking or, where offered, settle after your ritual. Any early-settlement discount applies only while the offer window shown at checkout is open.

  • Online payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
  • Pay-after bookings must be settled at or immediately after the treatment by the accepted methods offered.
  • Prices, add-ons, and offers may change at any time, but the price confirmed on your booking is the price that applies to it.
  • Where payment fails or remains unsettled, we may withhold future bookings until the balance is cleared.

Section 07

Guest Responsibilities & Conduct

Please provide a clean, private, and safe space with room for the treatment bed, be ready at your confirmed time, and disclose any relevant health information before the treatment begins. Raha maintains a strictly professional environment and applies zero tolerance to inappropriate behaviour.

  • Any sexual remark, advance, request, harassment, threat, or abusive language will end the treatment immediately, with no refund and no future bookings.
  • Treatments may be declined or stopped where the location is unsafe or unsuitable, or where a guest is intoxicated.
  • Do not photograph, record, or live stream a therapist without prior written consent.

Section 08

Our Therapists & Standards

Our therapists are trained, experienced wellness professionals who arrive with sanitised equipment and fresh linens for every ritual. They follow professional draping at all times and will adjust pressure, technique, or coverage whenever you ask.

  • Therapists may modify, pause, or end a treatment where safety, health, hygiene, or conduct concerns arise.
  • Our treatments are wellness services, not medical, physiotherapy, or diagnostic care.
  • Direct or private engagement of a Raha therapist outside our platform is not permitted.

Section 09

Memberships & Gift Cards

Where memberships, packages, or gift cards are offered, the inclusions, validity period, billing cycle, and cancellation terms shown at the point of purchase apply in addition to these terms.

  • Member benefits are personal to the member and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless stated.
  • Unused credits and balances expire in line with the validity shown at purchase, subject to UAE consumer rules.

Section 10

Liability

We take care in delivering every ritual, but our liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for outcomes arising from information you did not disclose or that was inaccurate.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
  • We are not responsible for delays or access failures caused by building security, parking restrictions, or incorrect address details.
  • Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Section 11

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your unlawful or inappropriate conduct during a treatment.

  • This includes damage caused to therapist equipment or property through negligence or misconduct.

Section 12

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, public health measures, utility or network failures, or building lockdowns.

  • Where such an event prevents a booking, we will offer a reschedule or a refund for that booking.

Section 13

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close an account, or decline future service, where these terms are breached, where behaviour toward our therapists is inappropriate, or where bookings or payments are misused.

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us; any open bookings will be settled or cancelled under our refund policy first.

Section 14

Intellectual Property

The Raha Rituals name, logo, treatment names, photography, video, illustration, and written content on this site belong to Raha Rituals or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

  • You may share links to our pages; you may not present our content as your own.
  • Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without obligation to you.

Section 15

Communications

By booking, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone with booking confirmations, verification codes, therapist updates, reminders, and service messages. Marketing messages are sent only where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Section 16

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

  • Please contact us first — most concerns are resolved quickly and directly.
  • Raise any concern about a treatment within 24 hours of the appointment wherever possible.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking.
